[origin: US4951454A] A device, to be incorporated in a spinning frame and including supply rollers for the input of a sliver, a sliver control and drawing station for transforming said sliver into a yarn, and a yarn winding outlet station, comprises on the one hand, between the control and drawing station and the yarn winding outlet station, detector means for detecting the presence of the yarn, and, on the other hand, sensitive means responsive to said detector means for stopping the sliver feed by the supply rollers in case of absence of yarn as detected at the outlet.

Le dispositif pour arrêter l'alimentation d'un système d'étirage en cas d'absence du fil (2) en sortie, comportant des cylindres alimentaires (4,5) en contact sous pression et des moyens (10) détecteurs de la présence du fil (2), l'un (5) des cylindres alimentaires étant monté sur un équipage mobile débrayable (11) pour écarter les cylindres alimentaires (4,5), est caractérisé par le fait que l'équipage mobile (11) est rappelé vers sa position active embrayée et vers sa position inactive débrayée de cessation de l'alimentation en mèche par un mécanisme élastique (35) du type à dépassement de point neutre qui, pour la position active embrayée, applique sous pression le cylindre alimentaire (5) contre l'autre cylindre alimentaire (4).
