The device for cleaning the front (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) and interior (1b, 2b, 4b) surfaces of a door frame of a coke oven comprises a first structure (11) capable of being brought near, taken away and adjusted in position relative to the door frame to be cleaned, a second structure (12) situated forward of the first structure (11) and movable (A) vertically relative to the latter, guiding means (18) being provided between the first and second structures as well as driving means (21) capable of giving rise alternately to the abovementioned vertical motion, the second structure (12) forming the support for a plurality of tools (23, 27, 36, 40) for scraping the door frame. These tools comprise tools (23) for cleaning the front surfaces (1a, 2a) of the side uprights of the door frame, consisting of milling cutters mounted rotatably in bearings (22) carried laterally by the second structure (12), each milling cutter being integrally attached to a driving shank (24) interacting with a lateral toothed rack (26) carried by the stationary first structure (11), and milling cutters (27) interacting with a toothed rack (31) and mounted rotatably on a trolley (13) driven in a horizontal translational motion (B) by the vertical reciprocation of the movable structure (12). <IMAGE>

Le dispositif de nettoyage des surfaces de façade (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) et intérieures (1b, 2b, 4b) d'un cadre de porte de four à coke comprend un premier bâti (11) susceptible d'être rapproché, éloigné et règlé en position par rapport au cadre de porte à nettoyer, un second bâti (12) situé en avant du premier bâti (11) et mobile (A) verticalement par rapport à ce dernier, des moyens de guidage (18) étant prévus entre les premier et second bâtis ainsi que des moyens moteurs (21) capables d'engendrer de manière alternative le mouvement vertical susdit, le second bâti (12) constituant le support pour une pluralité d'outils (23, 27, 36, 40) de grattage du cadre de porte. Ces outils comprennent des outils (23) de nettoyage des surfaces (1a, 2a) de façade des montants latéraux du cadre de porte constitués par des fraises montées à rotation dans des paliers (22) portés latéralement par le second bâti (12), chaque fraise étant solidaire d'une queue (24) d'entraînement coopérant avec une crémaillère (26) latérale portée par le premier bâti fixe (11), ainsi que des fraise (27), coopérant avec une crémaillère (31) et montées tournantes sur un chariot (13) animé d'un mouvement de translation horizontal (B) par le va-et-vient vertical du bâti mobile (12).
