[origin: EP0351397A2] The invention relates to the use of a polyamide-polyamine/epichlorohydrin precondensate as an additive to the impregnating fluid for the surface treatment of paper, in particular raw paper for corrugated board, in a mixture with ligninsulphonic acid, where appropriate as the calcium salt of the sulphonic acid, the degree of condensation of the precondensate being about 500.
