Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0351449A2] The intention is to provide a lockable door, flap or the like for stationary or mobile silos, in particular for free-flowing bulk goods, which possesses high rigidity simultaneously with light weight and is self-securing. This is achieved in the case of a lockable door, flap or the like for stationary or mobile silos which are charged, in particular, with free-flowing bulk goods, having at least one outlet aperture which possesses at the lower end a bearing edge (8) against which there engages a discharge flap (1) attached to at least one door-flap bearing (5), so that the upper end of the discharge flap (1) is eccentrically mounted via the door-flap bearing (5) having an axle (4) on an actuating shaft (2), the connecting line between the centre of rotation of the spindel (4) and the centre of rotation of the actuating shaft (2) possessing, in the closed state of the discharge flap (1), a positive inclination of from 2 to 10 degrees to the inner chamber of the silo, and the flap bearing (5) possessing, above the connecting line, a bearing surface (6) which is in contact with the actuating shaft (2) in the unlocked position of the discharge flap (1), and the eccentric (3) possessing a leg (11) directed towards the discharge flap (1) which, with its stopping surface (7), presses in the closing direction of the actuating shaft (2) against a buffer (14) attached to the discharge flap (1). Discharge flap for motor vehicles, shown in Fig. 1. <IMAGE>
