[origin: JPH0268386A] PURPOSE: To produce a woven fabric suitable for a basic fabric for coated waterproof band and belt and for wire forming use, or the like, having excellent stability and containing a monofilament composed of a mixture of plural polymers having a specific viscosity and woven into the fabric. CONSTITUTION: The objective woven fabric is produced by mixing (A) a polyester copolymer having a viscosity of >=0.80 with (B) a polyester having a viscosity of >=0.75 and weaving a monofilament made of the mixture as a part of warp and/or weft of the woven fabric. The amount of the component B in the mixture is 2-20%.
