The invention relates to a vertical mixing and/or kneading machine (1) with a drive housing which is rotatably mounted in a machine housing (2) and in which at least one mixing and/or kneading tool (5) revolving in a container and rotatable about its own axis is mounted, the drive housing being removable from the machine housing (2). According to the invention, it is provided here that the drive housing is horizontally divided, that the tool shaft(s) with all their drive wheels is or are mounted in the lower (facing the base) and/or inner housing part (16) surrounded by the other housing part, that the lower and/or inner housing part (16) is removable from the upper and/or outer housing part (15) and can be taken down out of the latter relative to the machine housing (2), and that the lower and/or inner housing part (16) has sight openings, which can be exposed by the removal of this housing part (16) out of the machine housing (2). Checks, inspections or overhauls, even those required at short intervals, can be carried out in a time-, labour- and above all space-saving manner by means of this horizontally divisible drive housing. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vertikal-Rühr- und/oder Knetmaschine (1) mit einem in einem Maschinengehäuse (2) drehbar gelagerten Getriebegehäuse, in dem zumindest ein in einem Behälter umlaufendes und um die eigene Achse drehbares Rühr- und/oder Knetwerkzeug (5) gelagert ist, wobei das Getriebegehäuse dem Maschinengehäuse (2) entnehmbar ist. Dabei ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß das Getriebegehäuse horizontal geteilt ist, daß in dem unteren, zur Standfläche weisenden und/oder inneren, vom anderen Gehäuseteil ummantelten Gehäuseteil (16) die Werkzeug-Welle(n) mit allen ihren Antriebsrädern gelagert ist (sind), daß das untere und/oder innere Gehäuseteil (16) vom oberen und/oder äußeren Gehäuseteil (15) abnehmbar und relativ zum Maschinengehäuse (2) aus diesem nach unten herausnehmbar ist, und daß das untere und/oder innere Gehäuseteil (16) Sichtöffnungen aufweist, die durch das Herausnehmen dieses Gehäuseteiles (16) aus dem Maschinengehäuse (2) freilegbar sind. Durch dieses horizontal teilbare Getriebegehäuse lassen sich auch in kurzen Zeitintervallen durchzuführende Kontrollen, Inspektionen oder Überholungen zeit-, arbeits- und vor allem platzsparend durchführen.
