Abstract (en)
The bearing pressure exerted onto the roller (1) during the winding of a bobbin (2) is controlled by means of a control device in which the roller (1) is mounted on a balance arm (6). The deviation of the balance arm (6) from its desired position is determined by a sensor (13) and converted in a controller (14) into a correcting movement of an adjusting device (17). The adjusting device (17) is a spindle drive having a spindle nut (18) and a spindle (20), the motor (21) of which is controlled by the controller (14). By means of the control device, which is designed as an automatic control sytem, the bearing pressure can be maintained very exactly during the entire winding operataion irrespective of the specific weight of the bobbin (2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der beim Wickeln einer Spule (2) auf die Walze (1) ausgeübte Auflagedruck wird mittels einer Regeleinrichtung geregelt, bei welcher die Walze (1) auf einem Waagebalken (6) gelagert ist. Die Abweichung des Waagebalkens (6) von seiner Soll-Lage wird von einen Sensor (13) ermittelt und in einem Regler (14) in eine Korrekturbewegung einer Stelleinrichtung (17) umgewandelt. Die Stelleinrichtung 17 ist ein Spindeltrieb mit einer Spindelmutter (18) und einer Spindel (20), deren Motor (21) vom Regler (14) gesteuert wird. Durch die als Regelkreis ausgebildete Regeleinrichtung kann der Auflagedruck unabhängig vom spezifischen Gewicht der Spule (2) während des gesamten Spulvorganges sehr genau eingehalten werden.
