[origin: US4976469A] A system comprising a roll press for crushing and partially agglomerating a mineral material, a conveyor means arranged downstream of this press and associated with a distributor device and allowing to recycle one portion of the crushed and partially agglomerated material to the inlet of the press whereas the other portion of the material issuing from this distributor device feeds a second distributor device one outlet of which communicates with the conveyor means to thereby control the amount and density of the crushed and partially agglomerated material recycled to the feed of the press.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation de broyage d'une matière minérale quelconque. L'installation comprend essentiellement une presse (1) à rouleaux (2) permettant le broyage et l'agglomération partielle d'une matière minérale alimentée par les lignes (5, 6 et 7), et en aval de cette presse, un moyen de transport (16) associé à un système répartiteur (13) et permettant le recyclage d'une partie (14) de la matière broyée et partiellement agglomérée vers l'entrée (3) de la presse, tandis que l'autre partie (15) de la matière sortant de ce système répartiteur alimente un deuxième système répartiteur (17) dont une sortie (18) communique avec le moyen de transport (16) pour ainsi réguler la quantité et la densité de la matière broyée et partiellement agglomérée recyclée vers l'alimentation de la presse (1). Cette installation s'applique notamment au broyage de clinker de ciment.
