[origin: WO8807001A1] Device comprising a collar (1) encircling the mast, with a split (2) between the lateral edges, said edges being provided with ridges (3, 4) directed away from the mast and separate from each other. Each ridge (3, 4) is provided with a connecting piece for the coupling element of a fork boom (6). A device for tightening the collar is provided with at least one tappet (10, 11), the surface of which engages with a ridge (3, 4) to decrease the width of the split (2). When, for example, a pin (7) disposed at the top of the fork boom (6) is placed on hooks (5) on the collar, the fork boom being approximately parallel to the mast, the tappets (10, 11) first encompass the ridges (3, 4) loosely. When the fork boom is then swung into the working position, the tappets (10, 11) press the ridges (3, 4) together in such a way that the collar (1) adopts a fixed clamped position.

Le dispositif décrit comprend une manchette (1) ayant une fente (2) et entourant le mât entre ses extrémités latérales. Sur les extrémités latérales de la manchette sont façonnés des tasseaux (3, 4) mutuellement écartés et s'étendant en sens opposé au mât. Sur ces tasseaux (3, 4) est agencé un raccord pour la partie de couplage du wishbone (6). Un agencement de serrage de la manchette comprend au moins un mentonnet (10, 11) dont la surface (13) s'appuie sur un tasseau (3, 4) afin de réduire la largeur de la fente (2). Lorsque par exemple un boulon (7) agencé à l'extrémité antérieure du wishbone (6) est introduit dans le crochet (5) de la manchette, le wishbone étant approximativement parallèle au mât, les mentonnets (10, 11) accrochent les tasseaux (3, 4), tout d'abord de manière lâche. Lorsque l'on pivote ensuite le wishbone jusqu'à sa position de fonctionnement, les mentonnets (10, 11) compriment les tasseaux (3, 4), en les rapprochant, de telle sorte que la manchette (1) se retrouve dans une position de serrage inamovible.
