Abstract (en)
The method according to the invention for constructing a building substructure (1) involves essentially installing a plurality of foundation elements (8, 9, 10) distributed over the ground according to a specific law and in such a way that their head (11, 12, 13) is at a particular level, producing prefabricated floor elements (15, 16, 17), each element comprising a plane slab (18) and lateral wings (19, 20, 21) bordering the slab, these wings defining with the slab a recessed receptacle (22), producing a complete floor by placing a plurality of floor elements (15, 16, 17) next to one another, causing them to rest on the head of the foundation elements (8, 9, 10) by means of the wings (19, 20, 21), and so that the orifice of the recessed receptacle is underneath in relation to the slab, and associating the said floor elements (15, 16, 17) and the said foundation elements (8, 9, 10), the said method being characterised in that the said floor elements comprise a layer of insulating material (53) in their upper part. <IMAGE>

Le procédé de réalisation selon l'invention d'un soubassement (1) d'immeuble consiste essentiellement à implanter une pluralité d'éléments de fondation (8, 9, 10) répartis sur le sol suivant une loi déterminée, et de façon que leur tête (11, 12, 13) se trouve à un niveau déterminé, à réaliser des éléments de plancher préfabriqués (15, 16, 17,) chaque élément comportant une dalle (18) plane et des ailes latérales (19, 20, 21) bordant la dalle, ces ailes définissant avec la dalle un logement en creux (22) à réaliser un plancher total en juxtaposant une pluralité d'éléments de plancher (15, 16, 17) les uns à côté des autres, en les faisant reposer sur la tête des éléments de fondation (8, 9, 10) par l'intermédiaire des ailes (19, 20, 21), et de façon que l'ouverture du logement en creux soit en-dessous par rapport à la dalle et à associer lesdits éléments de plancher (15, 16, 17) et lesdits éléments de fondation (8, 9, 10), ledit procédé étant caractérisé par le fait que lesdits éléments de plancher comportent une couche de matériau isolant (53) en leur partie supérieure.
