An apparatus serves for removing paving stones of concrete in the green state which have broken after being moulded and, deposited on pallets, are being transported on these to the drying station. The apparatus has a chain conveyor, which conveys the pallets loaded with concrete paving stones in the green state intermittently from the production station to the drying rack. So that defectively moulded and/or broken paving stones can be eliminated easily and quickly, while avoiding waste which is difficult to dispose of, the chain conveyor runs essentially in the horizontal direction through an ejecting station (3), in the supporting structure of which a frame (5) can be moved up and down in vertical guides by a drive (6). In the frame (5) there is a slide (8) which runs in horizontally extending guides (10), can be set down by the said frame on the pallets (1) and can be driven back and forth over the width or length of the pallets (1) by a drive (11, 12). Underneath the ejection edge of the pallets (1) there is arranged in the ejection station (3) a catching hopper (15), under the outlet opening of which there is a conveying device (16), the discharge end of which opens out above the feed hopper of a mill. From the mill, a conveying device leads to the store for the coarse concrete about to be processed. <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung dient zum Entfernen von nach ihrem Ausformen zerfallenen, auf Paletten abgesetzten und auf diesen zur Trocknungsstation transportierten grünfesten Pflastersteinen aus Beton. Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen Kettenförderer, der die mit grünfesten Betonpflastersteinen beladenen Paletten intermettierend von der Herstellungsstation zum Trockengerüst fördert. Damit sich fehlerhaft ausgeformte und/oder zerfallene Pflastersteine einfach und schnell und unter Vermeidung schwierig zu entsorgenden Abfalls beseitigen lassen, durchläuft der Kettenförderer im wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung eine Abschubstation (3), in deren Gestell ein Rahmen (5) in vertikalen Führungen auf- und ab durch einen Antrieb (6) verfahrbar ist. In dem Rahmen (5) ist ein durch diesen auf die Paletten (1) absetzbarer Schieber (8) in horizontal verlaufenden Führungen (10) geführt und durch einen Antrieb (11, 12) über die Breite bzw. Länge der Paletten (1) hin- und hergehend verfahrbar. Unterhalb der Abschubkante der Paletten (1) ist in der Abschubstation (3) ein Auffangtrichter (15) angeordnet, unter dessen Auslauföffnung sich eine Fördereinrichtung (16) befindet, deren Abwurfende oberhalb des Aufgabetrichters einer Mühle mündet. Von der Mühle führt eine Fördereinrichtung zum Speicher für den demnächst zu verarbeitenden Kernbeton.
