Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH0275540A] PURPOSE: To perform taking-out of sheets from a sheet stack on a pallet by a small effort by providing a flank and a projecting separating tongue, forming the lower limit of an ejector with the separating tongue, and setting thickness of a free end to be up to 0.8 mm. CONSTITUTION: A console (15, 16, 17) is moved toward a stack 6 for taking out the stack 6 part, and by it a separating tongue 16 is pressed into the stack 6. When the separating tongue 16 touches a sheet, the front end easily deflects by oscillating movement on the side and easily penetrates between two sheets, and possibility that the sheet touching the tip of the tongue is damaged is eliminated. The front part of this separating tongue 16 has wedge-like thin tips in the movement direction at one end and transversely to this direction at the other end. Whole surface of the separating tongue 16 is polished, the thickness of a flat part is 0.2 to 0.8 mm, and its edge is round.
