[origin: JPH02163261A] PURPOSE: To prevent a thin sheet from being damaged in a stopper in a stacking location, by constituting an overhead suspension mechanism into a structure having a corrugated shaped section extending in the conveying direction in the range of a stacking location. CONSTITUTION: A sheet having the front edge which collides with a stopper 8 is advanced along the corrugated shape of an overhead suspension mechanism 15, and high rigidity is provided by the corrugated shape. Accordingly, the sheet is not affected by uncontrollable re-acceleration of a late sheet causing buckling and damage. Overlapping stations 9, 10 provided in stacking locations 2, 3 are so designed that the conveying speed for the sheet may be decreased to a value in which the sheet having rigidity increased by the corrugated sectional shape given in the ranges of the stacking locations 2, 3 may withstand remaining impact force to a stopper 8 in the stacking place 2, in consideration of the conveying speed for the incoming sheet and the material rigidity.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von Bogen (20) auf einer Stapelstelle (2, 3). Die Vorrichtung weist eine sich bis über die Stapelstelle (2, 3) erstreckende blasluftgespeiste Schwebedecke (15) auf. Diese Schwebedecke (15) hat ein sich in Förderrichtung erstreckendes Wellenprofil, das dem geförderten abzulegenden Bogen (20) eine dessen Formsteifigkeit verbessernde Wellung aufzwingt, so daß er beim Anstoßen am Anschlag (8) sich nicht mehr stauchen oder umschlagen kann. Zur Verminderung der Fördergeschwindigkeit der Bogen (20) ist der Stapelstelle (2, 3) eine Überlappungsstation (9, 10) vorgeordnet, die den Bremsvorgang in großem Abstand vor der Stapelstelle (2, 3) einleitet und den Bogen (20) in gebremster Geschwindigkeit nahezu bis zum Anstoßen des Bogens am Anschlag (8) andauern läßt, ohne daß dabei die Überlappung behindert wird.
