[origin: EP0353637A1] A forming board for formwork systems for concrete is made of granular PVC obtained during the recycling of copper electric cables and/or waste plastics similar to this granular PVC. The granular PVC or waste plastics are combined into a solid body using a binder consisting of foamed plastics. The steps in the manufacture of the forming board are: production of a mixture of granular PVC, polyurethane and possibly other additives; moulding of the mixture; cooling of the moulded mass. The forming board (1) so obtained is assembled in the frame of a formwork so that the edges (6) are flush with the frame or so that the forming board projects slightly above the frame (26).
