Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH0278738A] PURPOSE: To avoid error at the maximum fuel regulation by not generating a necessary high pressure in the inner chamber of initial fuel injection pump for adjusting fuel injection start during an engine is cold, and regulating the pressure of the inner chamber depending on rotation number with a pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION: A regulating piston 2 is engaged with a cam drive device of a fuel injection pump for regulating the fuel injection time through a pin 1, the piston 2 is reversedly moved by a return spring 4 while the fuel pressure as a pressure medium existing in a work chamber 3 increases. The work chamber 3 is connected to the inner chamber 15 of fuel injection pump through a hole 11 equipped with a throttle 12 and a communication pipe 14a, fuel is supplied to the inner chamber 15 through a pressure maintenance valve 27. The pressure maintenance valve 27 has a piston 31, and it is moved by a operation element 41 that has a controller 33 controlled dependently upon the engine temperature to open a control port 35. And, pressure of the inner chamber 15 is controlled by a pressure control valve 17 in proportion to the rotation number.

Abstract (de)

Es wird eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe für Brennkraftmaschinen vorgeschlagen, bei der sowohl eine besondere Frühverstellung des Spritzbeginns beim Kaltstart bzw. bei noch nicht betriebswarmer Brennkraftmaschine schnell wirksam werden kann, als auch eine Kraftstoffeinspritzmengenangleicheinrichtung (64) unbeeinflußt von den Steuerkriterien für die Kaltstartfrühverstellung wirksam ist. Dazu wird ein Arbeitsraum (3) eines Spritzverstellers (1, 2) separat vom stromaufwärts eines temperaturabhängig entriegelbaren Druckhalteventils (27) herrschenden Förderdruck einer Kraftstofförderpumpe (3) beaufschlagt und der die Angleicheinrichtung (64) versorgende druckgesteuerte Innenraum (15) dem Druckhalteventil (27) nachgeschaltet.
