L'invention concerne un ensemble comportant un réservoir, qui contient un liquide et un applicateur équipé d'une plume plume (3) souple, élastiquement déformable ; la plume a la forme d'un tronc de cône (31) prolongé à son extrémité de plus faible diamètre d'une partie cylindrique (32) ayant ce même plus faible diamètre. La plume peut être flockée et comporter une cavité (35) qui la traverse de part en part et débouche au fond d'une rainure capillaire (34). utilisable pour l'application de tout produit de maquillage liquide, en particulier pour l'application d'eye-liner sur les paupières.
