According to the invention, for interaction with a key (15), of which the end of the active part forms as a whole an oscillating end piece (30B), the conduit (13) of the rotor (12) possesses, at a distance from its entrance (16A), a widened portion (42) capable of allowing a tilting of the oscillating end piece (30B) of the key (15), with at least one piston (44) entering this widened portion (42) and governed by the entire combination to be adhered to and deflection means (50) capable of directing this oscillating end piece (30B) onto this piston (44).
