Abstract (en)
A pivot (5) for a tilting or oscillating roof window comprises a stationary element (6) fixed to the casement (1), a movable element (27) fixed to the tilting or oscillating frame (3) and an intermediate element (18) connected to the stationary element (6) by means of a first pivot pin (7) and to the movable element (27) by means of a second pivot pin (8). To prevent the inopportune closing of the tilting or oscillating frame (3) from the cleaning position, the pivot (5) is equipped with means (37) for the non-return of this tilting or oscillating frame (3) from its blocked cleaning position towards its opening position, these non-return means (27) being interposed between the stationary element (6) and the movable element (27) and being stressed by control means (31) fixed to the movable element (27) of a rotation braked by braking means (21) fixed to the intermediate element (18). <IMAGE>

Un pivot (5) pour fenêtre basculante ou oscillante de toiture comporte un élément fixe (6) solidaire du dormant (1), un élément mobile (27) solidaire de l'ouvrant basculant ou oscillant (3) et un élément intermédiaire (18) relié par un premier axe d'articulation (7) à l'élément fixe (6) et par un second axe d'articulation (8) à l'élément mobile (27). De manière à éviter la fermeture inopinée de l'ouvrant basculant ou oscillant (3) depuis la position de nettoyage, le pivot (5) est muni de moyens anti-retour (37) de cet ouvrant basculant ou oscillant (3) de sa position bloquée de nettoyage vers sa position d'ouverture, ces moyens anti-retour (37) étant intercalés entre l'élément fixe (6) et l'élément mobile (27) et sollicités par des moyens de commande (31) solidaires de l'élément mobile (27) à rotation freinée par des moyens de freinage (21) solidaires de l'élément intermédiaire (18).
