Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH02167901A] PURPOSE: To reduce the length of a working device by providing a movable device on a transport vehicle and a railroad car provided with a track removing device and a boggy truck, locating one end on the railroad car and the other end on a running support movable on the track, and loading it on the railroad car when no load is present. CONSTITUTION: A boggy truck provided with two retractable wheels 3 and crawlers 2 on an end part of a railroad car 1 continuous to a transport vehicle 16, a tie removing device 7 is fitted to a lower part, crawlers 2 are lowered during the work to pull up the wheels 3, vice versa in the no-load operating condition. Then, a new tie installing device 21 is fitted to a movable laying unit 17, a wheel gear 22 is provided on a forward part of an installation beam 18, and supported by a crossing frame 18a to be loaded on a crane track 5. A running supporting tool traveling on a new rail while supported by a stay 25 fitted to the wheel piece 24 is provided on a rear end part. The wheel piece 24 is lifted during the no-load operation, an auxiliary wheel piece 23 is placed on the crane track 5, and the whole beam 18 is loaded on the railroad car 1.

Le train comporte des véhicules (16) de transport des traverses neuves (T1) et anciennes (T2), suivis d'un véhicule de stockage (12) des traverses, un wagon de chemin de fer (1) comme wagon de dépose, articulé au véhicule de stockage (12), et une unité de pose (17) construite de façon mobile entre un état de travail et un état de repos pour la marche haut le pied. En travail, cette unité mobile (17) s'appuie d'un côté sur le wagon (1), par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'un train de galets (22), et de l'autre côté sur un support roulant (24) qui se déplace sur la nouvelle voie (R2). A l'état de repos, ladite unité mobile (17) est déplacée et chargée sur le wagon (1), le support roulant (24) étant escamoté. Le support roulant peut aussi être formé par un véhicule de chemin der fer (26) ou par un bissel (28), accouplé au wagon en marche haut le pied.
