Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a process for the adsorptive colouring of anodically produced surfaces of aluminum and/or aluminum alloys with organic, anionic dyes in aqueous solution. To the dye bath are added water-soluble alkaline earth metal salts in quantities suitable for adjusting the concentration of dissolved sulphate ions in the dye bath to less than 0.1 g/1. In another embodiment, the organic anionic dyes are introduced into the dye bath in the form of their alkaline earth metal salts. The process reduces the sulphate sensitivity of adsorptive colouring with organic anionic dyes.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur adsorptiven Färbung von anodisch erzeugten Oberflächen von Aluminium und/oder Aluminiumlegierungen mit organischen, anionischen Farbstoffen in wäßriger Lösung. Dem Färbebad werden wasserlösliche Erdalkalimetallsalze in einer Menge zugesetzt, die geeignet ist, die Konzentration an gelösten Sulfationen in dem Färbebad auf weniger als 0,1 g/l einzustellen. Eine Alternative besteht darin, die organischen anionischen Farbstoffe in Form ihrer Erdalkalimetallsalze im Färbebad einzusetzen. Durch das Verfahren wird die Sulfatempfindlichkeit der adsorptiven Färbung mit organischen, anionischen Farbstoffen reduziert.
