Abstract (en)
A socket for electrical installations has a pivoting member (4), in which sleeves (6) are arranged for connection with plugs. In the pivoted-in state of the pivoting member (4), the sleeves are covered for the user, while in the pivoted-out state the sleeves (6) are accessible as normal. The possible operation of the socket with one hand is particularly advantageous, as well as the covering of the sleeves in the unused state. <IMAGE>

Eine Steckdose für Elektroinstallationen weist einen Schwenkkörper (4) auf, in welchem Buchsen (6) für die Verbindung mit Steckern angeordnet sind. In eingeschwenktem Zustand des Schwenkkörpers (4) sind die Buchsen für einen Benutzer verdeckt, in ausgeschwenktem Zustand sind die Buchsen (6) normal zugänglich. Vorteilhaft ist besonders die einhändig mögliche Bedienung der Steckdose sowie das Verdecken der Buchsen in unbenutztem Zustand.
