Abstract (en)
For the height adjustability of the plate (2), two toothed wheel lifting gears (6, 7) are attached to a support part (1). These gears (6, 7) are composed of a threaded shaft (9), two toothed wheels (10, 11) in engagement with said threaded shaft and a smooth auxiliary shaft (12). The plate (2) is supported on shaft pieces (13, 14) of the toothed wheels (10, 11) by a bearing. The shaft pieces (13) of the one toothed wheel (10) are coupled to each other by a connecting shaft (15). Installed on the connecting shaft (15) is a backgear (17), the drive shaft (18) of which permits the height adjustment of the plate (2) by means of a crank (19). Since only two toothed wheel lifting gears (6, 7) are arranged on the support side, the plate (2) can be constructed as an unsupported component. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Für die Höhenverstellbarkeit der Platte (2) sind zwei Zahnrad-Hubgetriebe (6, 7) an einem Abstützteil (1) befestigt. Diese Getriebe (6, 7) setzen sich aus einer Gewindewelle (9), zwei daran im Eingriff stehenden Zahnrädern (10, 11) und einer glatten Hilfswelle (12) zusammen. Die Platte (2) ist an Wellenstücken (13, 14) der Zahnräder (10, 11) mit einer Lagerung abgestützt. Die Wellenstücke (13) des einen Zahnrades (10) sind durch eine Verbindungswelle (15) miteinander gekuppelt. An der Verbindungswelle (15) ist ein Zahnradvorgelege (17) eingebaut, dessen Antriebswelle (18) mittels einer Handkurbel (19) die Höhenverstellung der Platte (2) ermöglicht. Da nur zwei Zahnrad-Hubgetriebe (6, 7) abstützteilseitig angeordnet sind, kann die Platte (2) als frei auskragender Bauteil ausgebildet werden.
