Abstract (en)
There are sealing problems in an electric switch (10) whose actuation plunger (16) passes through a casing wall (15) and is held firmly against the casing wall here by a flexible cap (25) via an annular body. In order to rectify this, it is proposed to employ for holding the cap a conical ring (30) which is made of a resilient material and can be flipped over. First of all the conical ring is placed in a turning-out position above the cap and is held with its outer circumference in an opening of the casing wall. The coning of the ring is then moved, through a dead-centre position, to a turning-in position, in which the cap seam (27) is held pressed against the casing wall in a sealing manner. <IMAGE>

Bei einem elektrischen Schalter (10), dessen Betätigungsstößel (16) eine Gehäusewand (15) durchsetzt und dabei von einer flexiblen Kappe (25) über einen Ringkörper an der Gehäusewand festgehalten wird, gibt es Abdichtungsprobleme. Um diese zu beheben, wird vorgeschlagen, einen Konusring (30) zum Festhalten der Kappe zu verwenden, der aus federndem Material besteht und umklappfähig ist. Zunächst wird der Konusring in einer Ausstülplage über die Kappe gelegt und mit seinem Außenumfang in einem Durchbruch der Gehäusewand gehalten. Dann wird die Konizität des Rings, durch eine Totpunktlage hindurch, bis zu einer Einstülplage überführt, in welcher der Kappensaum (27) abdichtend gegen die Gehäusewand gedrückt gehalten wird.
