[origin: EP0355666A2] In known injection devices which have a torque control (1) and, as the speed of the internal-combustion engine falls, the torque control (1) effects an adjustment of the control rod (6) to produce an increase in the quantity of fuel delivered per pump stroke (+ torque control), the control characteristic is predetermined and unalterable by virtue of the correspondingly selected kinematics and the springs employed.
