The present invention relates to a method and a device for producing a cylindrical tubular element forming a barrel drum having at least one set of beads and tubular element thus produced. According to the invention, the set of beads (20a, 20b) is formed in a single operation by rolling, positioning a counter-roller against one of the faces of the wall of the tubular element (11) and bringing a roller to bear progressively on the opposite face of the said wall and facing the counter-roller, up to a working position which defines an acute angle with the axis of the said counter-roller, so that the beads have an amplitude which increases progressively from one of the ends of the cylindrical tubular element (11). <IMAGE>

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif de fabrication d'un élément tubulaire cylindrique formant un corps de fût comportant au moins une série de moulures et élément tubulaire ainsi réalisé. Selon l'invention, la formation de la série de moulures (20a, 20b) est réalisée en une seule opération par roulage en positionnant contre l'une des faces de la paroi de l'élément tubulaire (11) un contre-galet et en appliquant progressivement, sur la face opposée de ladit paroi et en regard du contre-galet, un galet jusqu'à une position de travail déterminant avec l'axe dudit contre-galet un angle aigu pour que les moulures possèdent une amplitude progressivement croissante à partir de l'une des extrémités de l'élément tubulaire cylindrique (11).
