Abstract (en)
Granular bleaching aids containing bleach activators from the class of N-acyl and O-acyl compounds as well as water-soluble, film-forming polymers which act as granulating aids, also contain 2 to 15 wt.% of a polyvalent carboxylic acid, hydroxycarboxylic acid or ethercarboxylic acid with 3 to 6 carbon atoms per molecule as a stabilizer. To produce the aids, a homogeneous, dry, preliminary mixture containing the bleach activator, the acid and some or all of the polymer granulating aid is prepared. The mixture is then sprayed with water or an aqueous solution of the remaining granulating aid and granulated.

Granulare Bleichhilfsmittel mit einem Gehalt an Bleichaktivatoren aus der Klasse der N-Acyl- und O-Acylverbindungen sowie an wasserlöslichen, filmbildenden Polymeren, die als Granulierhilfsmittel dienen, enthalten zusätzlich 2 bis 15 Gew.-% einer mehrwertigen Carbonsäure, Hydroxycarbonsäure oder Ethercarbonsäure mit 3 bis 6 C-Atomen im Molekül als Stabilisator. Zwecks Herstellung der Mittel wird zunächst ein homogenes, trockenes Vorgemisch hergestellt, das den Bleichaktivator, die Säure und einen Teil oder die Gesamtmenge des polymeren Granulierhilfsmittels enthält. Dieses Gemisch wird mit Wasser oder einer wäßrigen Lösung des restlichen Granulierhilfsmittels besprüht und granuliert.
