[origin: US4918414A] An electromagnetic switching device includes a mechanism to couple the magnet armature with its contact carrier. A plate spring is provided with cylindrical formations in its mid-section as well as on its opposite ends so that the plate spring can bend beyond its elongated state. This prevents the spring tension from being altered by contact with the ends of the opening of the magnet armature and the ends of the supporting slots.

Elektromagnetisches Schaltgerät mit einer Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Magnetankers mit dessen Kontaktträger Bei Verwendung einer gewölbten Blattfeder kommt die Blattfeder im gestreckten Zustand zur Auflage an den Enden des Durchbruches des Magnetankers bzw. an den Enden der Auflagenuten, so daß sich eine Veränderung der Blattfeder-Anlagepunkte ergibt und somit die Federcharakteristik verändert wird. Eine derartige Federkraftveränderung soll durch die Erfindung verhindert werden. Es werden im Mittelteil als auch an den Enden der Blattfeder gegenüberliegend walzenförmige Ausformungen vorgesehen, so daß sich die Blattfeder über die gestreckte Lage hinaus durchbiegen kann.
