Abstract (en)
In a method for manufacturing grinding devices (26) using a mould (1), in which method the grinding compound (24) consists of a binding agent mixed with abrasive grains (27), the profiled surface (18) of the casting chamber (9, 10) has an open structure. Thus the abrasive grains (27) adjacent to the profiled surface (18) assume a random position after the solidifying in the binding agent, their sharp corners and edges preferably being orientated at right angles to the grinding surface. The grinding device (26) is thus immediately ready for use without the uppermost layer first having to be removed by dressing. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schleifkörpern (26) mit einer Gießform (1), bei dem die Schleifmasse (24) aus einem mit Schleifkörnern (27) vermischten Bindemittel besteht, weist die Profilfläche (18) der Gießkammer (9, 10) eine durchbrochene Struktur auf. Damit nehmen die der Profilfläche (18) benachbarten Schleifkörner (27) nach dem Erstarren im Bindemittel eine ungeordnete Lage ein, wobei ihre scharfen Ecken und Kanten vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Schleiffläche ausgerichtet sind. Damit ist der Schleifkörper (26) sofort einsatzbereit, ohne daß zunächst die oberste Schicht durch Abziehen entfernt werden muß.
