The inner surface of the tube (12) according to said invention is corrugated (28) and the cleaning element (1) is designed as a hollow scrubbing brush (2) with, on its upper side, an inlet stub (11) for the tube (12) at the level of the connection (6) with the handle (8), and outlet openings (13) on its lower side, between rows of bristles arranged on the external edges (17, 18, 19, 20) of the hollow scrubbing brush (2), whereby a distribution plate (14), covering the scrubbing surface (3) provided with the outlet openings (13), and extending as far as the rows of bristles, is arranged below the outlet openings (13), at a certain distance from the scrubbing surface (3).

Bei einer manuell zu handhabenden Vorrichtung zur Behandlung textiler Bodenbeläge mit einer schäumenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit, bestehend aus einer stielförmigen Handhabe (8) mit daran befestigtem, beborstetem Reinigungsorgan (1) sowie einem mittels Halteorgan (24; 29, 31) auswechselbar an der Handhabe (8) angeordneten Behälters (23; 30) für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit und einem mit einem den Austritt der Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus dem Behälter (23; 30) regulierenden Dosiermechanismus in Wirkverbindung stehenden Schlauch (12) zur Verbindung von Behälter (23; 30) und Reinigungsorgan (1), soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, die ein gleichmäßiges Verteilen der schäumenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf den zu behandelnden Boden sowie ein erstes, in der Vorrichtung stattfindendes Vorschäumen ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der Schlauch (12) innenseitig eine geriffelte Profilierung (28) aufweist und, daß das Reinigungsorgan (1) ein Hohlschrubber (2) mit oberseitigem Zulaufstutzen (11) für den Schlauch (12) in Höhe der Befestigung (6) der Handhabe (8) und bodenseitigen, zwischen an den äußeren Rändern (17, 18, 19, 20) des Hohlschrubbers (2) angeordneten Borstenreihen ausgebildeten Auslaßlöchern (13) ist, wobei unterhalb der Auslaßlöcher (13) mit Abstand eine die mit den Auslaßlöchern (13) versehene Schrubberfläche (3) abdeckende und an den Borstenreihen endende Verteilplatte (14) angeordnet ist.
