Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH02114901A] PURPOSE: To make structure of a ski boot compact and simple, by penetrating the inner end of a rotary pin into a seat formed onto the bottom part of the boot and making possible to fix an upper part onto the bottom in response to a prescribed position of a cam lever. CONSTITUTION: A cam lever 18 connects an upper part 2 through a hinge to the inside of a groove 20 extended in the longitudinal direction by a rotary pin 13 penetrating a nearly orthogonally crossing upper part 2, and the rotary pin 13 is made so as to rotate eccentric part 10 integrally in cooperation with a stop means 11. The inner end part of the rotary pin 13 penetrates into a seat 11 formed on the bottom part 1 of a boot and makes the upper part 2 fixable on the bottom part in response to a prescribed position of the lever 18. The pin 13 is freely inserted in an integrally rotating rotation drive member 15 which is equipped with a bearing plane orthogonally crossing the axis and is positioned between the lever 18 and the upper part 2, and an elastic member 23 is placed between the member 15 and the inner end part of the pin 13 to press the inner end part toward the bottom part 1.
