Packages made from a multi-ply foil are used in many cases for containing aroma-sensitive consumer goods, in particular ground roasted coffee. The package consists of a central (coffee) block (10) and fin folds which project on both sides. In the region of the fin folds, a tear-open strip (17) is arranged below a sealing seam (11) for easier opening of the package. <??>The tear-open strip (17) consists likewise of a compound foil and is connected to the compound foil of the package by means of heat-sealing, so that no impairment of the flavour of the contents of the package, at the same time as great strength of the connection, is guaranteed. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Verpackungen aus einer mehrschichtigen Folie dienen vielfach zur Aufnahme von aromaempfindlichen Verbrauchsgütern, insbesondere von gemahlenem Röstkaffee. Die Verpackung besteht aus einem mittigen (Kaffee-)Block (10) und beiderseits überstehenden Flossenfaltungen. Im Bereich der Flossenfaltungen ist ein Aufreißstreifen (17) unterhalb einer Verschlußnaht (11) zum erleichterten Öffnen der Verpackung angebracht. Der Aufreißstreifen (17) besteht ebenfalls aus einer Verbundfolie und ist mit der Verpackungs-Verbundfolie durch Heißsiegeln verbunden, so daß keine Geschmacksbeeinträchtigung des Packungsinhaltes bei gleichzeitig hoher Festigkeit der Verbindung gewährleistet ist.
