A headlamp having a reflector and an opening, situated in the reflector, for accommodating a bulb has a plate-like cap, which bears against the rim of the opening of the reflector and is pressed by a retaining spring, constructed in the shape of a W, against the rim of the opening. The free limbs of the retaining spring are connected to the rim of the opening of the reflector, one limb being connected in a hinged fashion to the reflector, and the other limb having a locking connection to the reflector. The central region of the W shape spans the central contact of the bulb in a contactless fashion. Cut free in each case from the two limbs of the U-shaped central part is a tongue (10) which bears with its free ends (11) under pretension against the plate-shaped cap (4) of the bulb (9). In the installed state, a small gap (16) remains between the bow-shaped transitions (12) to the free limbs (6, 7) and the plate-shaped cap (4) of the bulb (9). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Scheinwerfer mit einem Reflektor und einer in dem Reflektor befindlichen Öffnung zur Aufnahme einer Glühlampe weist einen tellerartigen Sockel auf, der auf dem Öffnungsrand des Reflektors aufliegt und durch eine W-förmig ausgebildete Haltefeder gegen den Öffnungsrand gepreßt wird. Die freien Schenkel der Haltefeder sind mit dem Öffnungsrand des Reflektors verbunden, wobei der eine Schenkel scharnierartig und der andere Schenkel eine Rastverbindung mit dem Reflektor eingeht. Der mittlere Bereich der W-Form Überspannt den Mittenkontakt der Glühlampe berührungslos. Aus den beiden Schenkeln des U-förmigen Mittelteils ist jeweils eine Zunge (10) freigeschnitten, die mit ihren freien Enden (11) unter Vorspannung auf dem tellerförmigen Sockel (4) der Glühlampe (9) aufliegt. Zwischen den bogenförmigen Übergängen (12) zu den freien Schenkeln (6, 7) und dem tellerförmigen Sockel (4) der Glühlampe (9) verbleibt im eingebauten Zustand ein kleiner Spalt (16).
