Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH02113942A] PURPOSE: To simply and rapidly replace a plurality of individual chambered doctor blades by providing two side supports for pins at holding protrusion adjacent to an anilox roller, and disposing a clamping member for press bonding the pin to the support face. CONSTITUTION: In the case of desiring to replace chambered doctor blade 1, a manual lever 23 is moved in a direction of an arrow (a). Thus, a clamping force operating at a clamping strip piece 5 is vanished. A support 4 is slightly rotated in a direction of an arrow (b) at an axis of a pin 7 as a center together with the blade 1, and a pin 6 is brought into contact with a stopper surface 15. And, the blade 1 is slightly separated from an anilox roller 2. Further, a clamping member 22 has a chamfered part 25 corresponding to the piece 5 to specify the replacing position. The blade 1 is moved together with the support 4, the pin 7 is raised on the support 17, moved in a direction of an arrow (c), and the pins 6, 7 are removed from holding protrusions 12, 13.
