Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH02112423A] PURPOSE: To reduce a doffing time by moving all of full bobbins with a carrier simultaneously from an inclined position, and all of empty bobbins with the carrier to the inclined position. CONSTITUTION: This method for automatically exchanging bobbins in a flyer device is provided by installing a carrier 21 on a sliding rail 22 of a doffing device separated from the flyer device 3, conveying out full bobbins 10 in an upper part of perpendicular transferring passage 15 of the rail 22 and conveying in empty bobbins 11. The number of attaching plugs 34 of the carrier 21 is made as 2 times of the spinning positions. By the carrier 21, the empty bobbins 11 are continuously transferred and descended to an inclined position without being stored temporarily and the full bobbins are continuously transferred and conveyed to a perpendicular conveying out position without being stored temporarily.

Die Doffzeit eines Flyers 3 kann beträchtlich verkürzt werden, wenn der leere Hülsen 11 tragende Träger 21 in einem Bewegungsablauf, ohne Zwischenlagerung 49, aus der vertikalen Antransportstellung in die Schrägstellung und somit in Ausrichtung mit den schräggestellten Spulenwagen 6 gebracht wird. Die vollen Hülsen 10 werden sinngemäss befördert.
