Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a sealing joint. This joint comprises a conventional joint (10) with a simple sealing lip (12), which can be mounted on the periphery of a carpentry frame by means of a foot (14) which can be inserted in a member for receiving the frame, such as a groove, and is characterised in that the said sealing lip (12) is a simple curved lip comprising an inversion (16) of the direction of curvature in the portions of the joint intended to be positioned substantially vertically (12V1, 12V2) in the vertical parts of the carpentry frame, the said joint thus comprising a vertical lip portion curved outwards (12V1A, 12V2A) and a vertical lip portion curved inwards (12V1B, 12V2B), the lip portion curved outwards (12V1A, 12V2A) being intended to be disposed above the lip portion which is curved inwards (12V1B, 12V2B). L'invention concerne un joint d'étanchéité. Ce joint comprend un joint courant (10) à lèvre (12) simple d'étanchéité montable sur le pourtour d'un châssis de menuiserie grâce à un pied (14) insérable dans un organe de réception du châssis, tel qu'une rainure et est caractérisé en ce que ladite lèvre d'étanchéité (12) est une lèvre simple incurvée comprenant une inversion (16) du sens de courbure dans les parties de joint destinées à être positionnées sensiblement verticalement (12V1, 12V2) dans les parties verticales du châssis de menuiserie, ledit joint comprenant ainsi une partie de lèvre verticale incurvée vers l'extérieur (12V1A, 12V2A) et une partie de lèvre verticale incurvée vers l'intérieur (12V1B, 12V2B), la partie de lèvre incurvée vers l'extérieur (12V1A, 12V2A) étant destinée à être disposée au-dessus de la partie de lèvre incurvée vers l'intérieur (12V1B, 12V2B). Ce joint améliore l'étanchéité.
