In a forming machine, in particular a mechanical press, there are two machine parts (1, 2) movable relative to one another in a straight line, one machine part (1), with guide surfaces (4, 4') running in the direction of movement (3), being guided on countersupport members (5) of the other machine part (2). From the point of view of production and use, it is substantially more favourable than hitherto if the countersupport members (5) are constructed as spherical cups (6) which are made of a slidable material and which bear with their flat cup surface (7) against the allocated guide surface (4, 4') and with their spherical cup surface (8) in each case against a corresponding spherical-segment surface (9) of a ball-socket body (10) adjustable in the allocated machine part (2) approximately perpendicularly to the direction of movement (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Umformmaschine, insbesondere mechanische Presse sind zwei geradlinig relativ zueinander bewegbare Maschinenteile (1, 2) vorhanden, wobei das eine Maschinenteil (1) mit in Bewegungsrichtung (3) verlaufenden Führungsflächen (4, 4') an Gegenführungsorganen (5) des anderen Maschinenteils (2) geführt ist. Herstellungstechnisch und gebrauchstechnisch wesentlich günstiger als bisher ist es, wenn die Gegenführungsorgane (5) als Kugelkalotten (6) aus einem gleitfähigen Material ausgeführt sind, die mit ihrer ebenen Kalottenfläche (7) an der zugeordneten Führungsfläche (4, 4') und mit ihrer kugeligen Kalottenfläche (8) jeweils an einer entsprechenden Kugelabschnittsfläche (9) eines etwa senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (3) im zugeordneten Maschinenteil (2) verstellbaren Kugelpfannenkörpers (10) anliegen.
