Said electrode system is to be simplified, the number of electrodes being reduced and the imaging characteristics being improved. <??>According to the invention, the object is achieved when one electrode of the electron optics composed of electrically resistant material is applied as a coating (15) on a one-piece electrode carrier (14a) forming the jacket of the vacuum vessel, and a voltage is applied to the coating (15), so that the potential field rises continuously in the region from the input fluorescent screen (4) to the output fluorescent screen (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Röntgenbildverstärker (5a) besitzt ein Elektrodensystem zum Fokussieren der beim Auftreffen von Röntgenstrahlung auf dem Eingangsleuchtschirm (4) des Röntgenbildverstärkers (5a) erzeugten Elektronen auf den Ausgangsleuchtschirm (7) des Röntgenbildverstärkers (5a). Dieses Elektrodensystem soll vereinfacht sein, wobei die Anzahl der Elektroden reduziert und die Abbildungseigenschaften verbessert sind. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine Elektrode der Elektronenoptik aus elektrischem Widerstandsmaterial als Belag (15) auf einem den Mantel des Vakuumgefäßes bildenden einstückigen Elektrodenträger (14a) aufgebracht ist und daß eine Spannung an den Belag (15) gelegt ist, so daß das Potentialfeld im Bereich vom Eingangsleuchtschirm (4) zum Ausgangsleuchtschirm (7) kontinuierlich ansteigt.
