[origin: JPH02217298A] PURPOSE: To arrange prepd. duplicates just after preparation and in good order by providing a hole part through which papers can be freely inserted on the bottom face of a box on the same side of an outlet for the papers. CONSTITUTION: On a perforated and folded long continuous paper belt 6 in a box, the first one set is placed on a cardboard plate 12 and after necessary items are written from a window 5 of a cover face 4, when the end of the paper is pinched at a cutout 18 on the side 17 for taking out the paper and is taken out, the next paper 6 is pulled out through a passage from a paper belt room 14 and is placed on the cardboard prate 12. On the taken-out written documents, one sheet of them is delivered to a customer and the remaining documents as duplicates can be inserted into the box from a hole part 7 of the bottom face 1 and can be stored therein. Therefore, there exists no possibility of loss, breakage and creasing of the documents as duplicates and they can be stored and the box itself can be used as a box for storing during period for storing.
