Abstract (en)
In this device, each needle (7) is driven by an electric motor (9, 10) of the stepping type, operating a crank/link assembly (11-15) causing the oscillation of a bar (17), one end of which is retained at a fixed point (21), whilst the other end is coupled to the needle (7), so as to cause it to move towards the low position for the take-up of thread by the lance and return to the high position of rest. The electric motors (9, 10) are fastened to two mutually confronting plates fixed to a housing (1) supporting the needles (7) and are arranged in an arc of a circle and staggered in two rows for each support, to allow the passage of the links (15). <IMAGE>

Dans ce dispositif chaque aiguille (7) est entraînée par un moteur électrique (9,10), du genre pas à pas, manoeuvrant un ensemble manivelle-biellette (11-15) entraînant l'oscillation d'une barrette (17) dont une extrémité est prisonière d'un point fixe (21) tandis que l'autre extrémité est accouplée à l'aiguille (7) pour en provoquer le déplacement vers la position basse de prise de fil pas la lance et le retour en position haute de repos. Les moteurs électriques (9,10) sont fixés sur deux plaques en vis-à-vis solidaires d'un boîtier (1) supportant les aiguilles (7), et sont disposés en arc de cercle et en quinconce sur deux rangées par support pour autoriser le passage des biellettes (15).
