Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH02120461A] PURPOSE: To efficiently achieve both functions of crushing and shearing by forming a shearing machine of a fixed arm and one arm of a crusher, and composing them in such a way that the shearing machine is opened to the utmost when the crusher is closed to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: On a frame 1, both crusher forming members and shearing members are rotatably supported, and both arms 4, 5 of a crusher are driven to be opened/closed by a double acting jack 12. A shearing machine is composed of a fixed arm 14 and one arm 5 of the crusher. The shearing machine is opened to the utmost when the crusher is closed to the utmost, and after a metal reinforcement or the like is engaged in it, the crusher is opened, when the shearing machine is closed, so the metal reinforcement or the like is sheared. Next, a concrete piece or the like is engaged in the crusher as it is opened, and the crusher is closed to crush the concrete piece or the like.

- L'objet de l'invention est une pince brise-béton, du type comportant un bâti (1) monté rotatif, portant à la fois les organes formant pince et des organes de cisaillage, caractérisée en ce que lesdits organes de cisaillage sont constitués par au moins un bras fixe (14) et l'un (5) des bras (4, 5) de la pince, ce dernier étant articulé sur ledit bâti (1) et agencé de façon à donner à la cisaille (5, 14) son ouverture maximale lorsqu'il est en position de fermeture maximale de la pince (4, 5). - Application aux engins brise-béton.
