Electrically conductive networks of crystal needles are formed on a substrate by optionally substituted tetrathio-, tetraseleno- or tetratelluronaphthalenes or -tetracenes with electron acceptors, especially with halogen-containing organic compounds. Said needle networks can be coated electrolytically with metals, and/or be delaminated from the substrate with polymers in the form of films which are electrically conductive on one side.

Gegebenenfalls substituierte Tetrathio-, Tetraseleno- oder Tetratelluronaphthaline oder -tetracene bilden mit Elektronenacceptoren, besonders mit halogenhaltigen organischen Verbindungen, auf einem Substrat elektrisch leitende Het zwerke aus Kristallnadeln. Diese Nadelnetzwerke können elektrolytisch mit Metallen beschichtet werden und/oder mit Polymeren in Form von einseitig elektrisch leitenden Filmen vom Substrat abgelöst werden.
