[origin: US5056202A] The invention relates, in particular, to the field of plastic bag treatment. The method consists in releasably connecting brackets 29 for holding together stacks 15 to a stack conveying device 21, stacking the individual bags 11 on the legs 31 of the brackets 29 in a stacking station 14 and then taking off the stacks 15 held together by the brackets 29 in a take-off station 22. The apparatus comprises the stack conveying device 21 to which the brackets 29 are connected by a releasable holding device in such a way that each stack 15 can be taken together with the bracket 29 off the stack conveying device in the take-off station 22. The brackets 29 are fed to the stack conveying device 21 in a bracket delivery station 70 preceding the stacking station 14. The legs 31 of the brackets 29 then serve in the stacking station 14 as wicketing pins on which the individual bags 11 are stacked.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere das Gebiet der Behandlung von Kunststoffbeuteln. Das Verfahren besteht darin, daß Bügel (29) zum Zusammenhalten der Stapel (15) lösbar mit einer Stapelfördervorrichtung (21) verbunden, auf ihren Schenkeln (31) die einzelnen Beutel (11) in einer Stapelstation (14) gestapelt und dann die von den Bügeln (29) zusammengehaltenen Stapel (15) in einer Abnahmestation (22) abgenommen werden. Die Vorrichtung weist die Stapelfördervorrichtung (21) auf, mit der die Bügel (29) mittels einer lösbaren Haltevorrichtung so verbunden sind, daß jeder Stapel (15) zusammen mit dem Bügel (29) in der Abnahmestation (22) von der Stapelfördervorrichtung (21) abnehmbar ist. Die Bügel (15) werden der Stapelfördervorrichtung (21) in einer Bügelzustellstation (70) vor der Stapelstation (14) zugeführt. Die Schenkel (31) der Bügel (29) dienen dann in der Stapelstation (14) als Stapelstifte, auf die die einzelnen Beutel (11) gestapelt werden.
