Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a device for joining and cutting a moving web on a new winding tube of a continuous-winding machine. Device characterised in that it essentially consists of a transverse blade (5) mounted on a pair of arms (6) pivoting under the action of at least one rapid-action jack (7), the said arms (6) being mounted on a joining device (8) which can be retracted into the rest position, and of a means (9) for applying the web end (1) onto the new winding tube (2). <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement et de coupe d'une bande, en fonctionnement, sur un nouveau mandrin d'un enrouleur en continu. Dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un couteau transversal (5) monté sur une paire de bras (6) pivotant sous l'action d'au moins un vérin (7) à action rapide, lesdits bras (6) étant montés sur un dispositif de raccordement (8) escamotable en position de repos, et par un moyen (9) d'application de l'extrémité de bande (1) sur le nouveau mandrin (2).
