Abstract (en)

An air loom has a device for removing a faulty weft thread (10) from the shed (2). The shed is formed in this case by warp threads of the cross shed and lower shed, in which the faulty weft thread bears against the fabric stop. The device can be brought into the vicinity of the fabric stop by means of a displacement drive and has finger-like gripper tips which engage into the shed, rest frictionally on the faulty weft thread and transport this into the open shed perpendicularly relative to its longitudinal axis. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Eine Luftwebmaschine weist eine Vorrichtung zur Entfernung eines fehlerhaften Schußfadens (10) aus dem Webfach (2) auf. Das Webfach ist hierbei durch Kettfäden des Ober- und Unterfaches gebildet, in dem der fehlerhafte Schußfaden am Gewebeanschlag anliegt. Die Vorrichtung ist mit Hilfe eines Verschiebeantriebes in die Nähe des Gewebe-Anschlags bringbar und weist fingerartige Greiferspitzen auf, die in das Webfach eingreifen, reibschlüssig auf dem gestörten Schußfaden aufsetzen und diesen in das geöffnete Webfach in Richtung senkrecht zu seiner Längsachse transportieren.
