The subject matter of the invention is a bottom rail assembly (4) for a sliding door having a flexible appendage (1) which has a widened portion (2) extending along a bottom edge, the bottom rail assembly (4) having a longitudinal slot (3) for location at the widened portion (2) and, next to a longitudinal-slot opening (3) for the appendage, undercuts (5, 6) for overlapping and supporting the widened portion (2). In order to provide an improved bottom rail assembly (4) for a sliding door, which bottom rail assembly (4) is simpler to install and replace, it is proposed that the bottom rail assembly (4) have a main rail (8) and a clamping rail (7), that the longitudinal slot (3) be formed between main rail (8) and clamping rail (7), that a displacement path (a) for displacing the widened portion (2) away from the longitudinal-slot opening (3) be formed inside the longitudinal slot (3) of the bottom rail assembly (4), that main rail (8) and clamping rail (7) have supporting surfaces (9, 10) bearing against one another, and that the clamping rail (7) encloses the main rail (8) at a clamping section (14) with a clamping angle (15) whose overlap (b) with the clamping section (14) parallel to the displacement path (a) for the widened portion (2) inside the longitudinal slot is less than or at most the same as the displacement path (a). <IMAGE>

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Abschlußschiene (4) für ein Rolltor mit einem flexiblen Behang (1), der eine sich längs einer Unterkante erstreckende Verdickung (2) aufweist, wobei die Abschlußschiene (4) einen Längsschlitz (3) zur Aufnahme an der Verdickung (2) und neben einer Längsschlitzöffnung (3) für den Behang Hinterschneidungen (5, 6) zum Übergreifen und Abstützen der Verdickung (2) hat. Um eine verbesserte Abschlußschiene (4) für ein Rolltor zu schaffen, die einfacher montiert und ausgetauscht werden kann, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Abschlußschiene (4) eine Hauptschiene (8) und eine Klemmschiene (7) aufweist, daß der Längsschlitz (3) zwischen Hauptschiene (8) und Klemmschiene (7) ausgebildet ist, daß innerhalb des Längsschlitzes (3) der Abschlußschiene (4) ein Verschiebeweg (a) zum Verschieben der Verdickung (2) von der Längsschlitzöffnung (3) weg ausgebildet ist, daß Hauptschiene (8) und Klemmschiene (7) aneinander anliegende Stützflächen (9, 10) haben, und daß die Klemmschiene (7) die Hauptschiene (8) an einem Klemmabschnitt (14) mit einem Klemmwinkel (15) umfaßt, dessen Überdeckung (b) mit dem Klemmabschnitt (14) parallel zum Verschiebeweg (a) für die Verdickung (2) innerhalb des Längsschlitzes kleiner oder höchstens gleich dem Verschiebeweg (a) ist.
