[origin: EP0364381A1] The present invention relates to an air-conditioning device. The device according to the invention is provided with at least one fan (1) generating a flow of air to be treated, with at least one inlet chamber (2) for the flow to be treated, and with at least one outlet chamber (3) for the treated air to which is connected a conduit for blowing and diffusing the treated air into the corresponding enclosed space. This device is essentially characterised in that it comprises at least one heat exchanger (5) provided with a plurality of tubes (6) smooth on the inside and arranged in a heat-exchanger fluid, and through which tubes passes the flow of air to be treated from an inlet chamber (2) to an outlet chamber (3), and means for cleaning the tubes (6) of the exchanger(s) (5) in which the flow of air is treated.
