The invention relates to a method of producing a gas-annealing atmosphere in a heat-treating device by thermal decomposition of the starting materials introduced into the treatment chamber of the heat-treating device. An inexpensive, flexible and simply-constructed method is achieved by the simultaneous introduction, performed adjacent to one another, of hydrocarbon gas, alcohol, air and nitrogen into the treatment chamber of the heat-treating device, the starting materials being introduced in a stoichiometric ratio to one another in such a way that the total S of the mass ratios of the mass of the starting materials mn to the mass of the starting material air mL, i.e. <IMAGE> gives a value in the range from 0.2 to 4, preferably 0.5 to 2.0. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Behandlungsgasatmosphäre in einer Wärmebehandlungseinrichtung durch thermische Zersetzung von in den Behandlungsraum der Wärmebehandlungseinrichtung eingeleiteten Ausgangsstoffen. Ein kostengünstiges, flexibles und in der Ausgestaltung einfaches Verfahren wird durch die gleichzeitige und benachtbart zueinander ausgeführte Einleitung von Kohlenwasserstoffgas, Alkohol, Luft und Sticksotff in den Behandlungsraum der Wärmebehandlungseinrichtung erreicht, wobei die Ausgangsstoffe in einem stöchiometrischen Verhältnis zueinander derart eingeleitet werden, daß die Summe S der Massenverhältnisse der Masse der Ausgangsstoffe mn zur Masse des Ausgangsstoffs Luft mL, also <IMAGE> einen Wert im Bereich 0,2 bis 4, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 2,0 ergibt.
