[origin: EP0364960A2] In a sound-insulating arrangement for insulating structure-borne noise of different units, e.g. motors, consisting of a cover plate (5), a resilient layer (6e) and a solid layer (7c), the intention is to make possible influencing or alteration of the resonant frequency of the solid layer (7c), for which reason a base plate (5a) underneath the resilient layer and an approximately cylindrical solid layer (7c) are provided, the solid layer (7c) surrounding the resilient layer (6e) at a distance in the form of a ring and the solid layer (7c) being held on the resilient layer (6e) by connecting means.
