Abstract (en)

[origin: WO8910185A1] Mixer for absorbing and mixing gases and steams into liquids or for mixing or homogenizing a liquid with another liquid and/or for dispersing a liquid into a gas or steam space, characterized in that it includes a rotor disk with backwardly bent blades (4, 5) known per se, which are enclosed on both sides by a front wall (2) containing the extraction opening (38) and a back wall (3) delimiting at least the whole of the delivery space; a fraction chamber (7) is provided in the shaft of the rotor disk (1) and linked with the coaxial hollow main-shaft support; at least two blades (5) constitute an integral part with the conduit (12) for the propellant; the inner end of the conduit connects with the fraction chamber (7) while a nozzle (9) is provided at the outer end; the rotor disk (1) is enclosed by a shell (32) crossed by injectors (8) coaxial with the nozzles (9); the converger (11) of the injectors is enclosed on three sides, by the shell (32) of the rotor disk, by the front wall (2) and by the back wall (3) and is connected on the fourth side with a blade; finally, the main-shaft support (6) is connected with the standing conduit (16) through a rotating connection (15).
