[origin: US5169084A] A device for winding webs on core tubes includes mutually opposite trunnions (38), which are aligned with each other and rotatably mounted in a machine frame and at their confronting ends are provided with mandrels, which are adapted to be inserted into the core tubes and to be forced against said core tubes. Each of said trunnions is mounted in an axially displaceable bearing sleeve (31). The apparatus also comprises drive means for axially reciprocating at least one of the mutually opposite trunnions. The trunnion is axially slidably and non-rotatably mounted in the bearing sleeve, and the latter is axially slidably and non-rotatably mounted in a bearing bushing (28), which is rotatably mounted in the machine frame.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln von Materialbahnen auf Wickelhülsen weist einander fluchtend gegenüberliegende in einem Maschinengestell drehbar gelagerte Tragzapfen auf, die an ihren einander zugewandten Enden mit Dornen zum Einfahren in die Wickelhülsen und zum Verspannen mit diesen versehen sind. Die Tragzapfen weisen jeweils eine diese halternde, axial verschiebliche Lagerhülse auf. Weiterhin ist ein Antrieb zum hin- und hergehenden Verfahren mindestens eines der Tragzapfen vorgesehen. Um das Wickeln unterschiedlich breiter Wickelrollen zu ermöglichen, ohne daß unzulässige Durchbiegungen der Tragzapfen befürchtet werden müssen, wenn auf den Umfang der Wickelrollen Anpreßwalzen oder Anpreßbänder wirken, ist der Tragzapfen (38) axial verschieblich aber undrehbar in der Lagerhülse (31) geführt, die ihrerseits axial verschieblich aber undrehbar in einer Lagerbuchse (28) geführt ist, die drehbar im Maschinengestell (1,2,3) gelagert ist.
